It’s Peruvian night at my house today. I made Causa which is a sort of mini casserole. Peru is known for its variety of Potatoes. They have more than three thousand varieties, which makes this particular dish one of many potato dishes Peru is known for. Extremely easy and served cold. 😋💕
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Salt/ Pepper
1 tbsp Aji Amarillo ( Yellow Peruvian pepper)
Lime juice 3 tbsp
Stuffing: Tuna or Shredded chicken Frozen green peas and chopped carrots 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Slices Avocados
Directions: Boil potatoes until fully cooked. Once finished, peel and smash just like making mashed potatoes. Once all mixed with a smooth consistency, add all the ingredients and continue mixing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Prep: In any shaped container, add a thick first layer of potatoes , then add avocado slices , and a layer of the stuffing.
